The location of this holidays farm enables you to visit the whole region of Veneto.

You can reach Venice by train from the Grisignano di Zocco’s railway station that is only 20 km far. Venice also known with the ancient name of Serenissima is world-wide known for Ponte di Rialto (Rialto Bridge), Piazza San Marco (St. Mark’s Square), Canal Grande (Grand Canal), Ponte dei Sospiri (Bridge of Sighs), traditional rowing boat called Gondola and Venetian style’s buildings. Moreover, you can enjoy many other nice places that are unparalleled in the world.

Verona is only 45 km far. Verona is famous for the Roman amphitheatre called Arena where  thousands of people go to watch operas as Carmen, Aida, The Barber of Seville and many other operas. In Verona you can also visit Romeo and Juliet Balcony, Piazza Erbe, Piazza dei Signori, Piazza Bra, Palazzo Barbieri, Palazzo del Comune which was the ancient town hall and other places.

Padua is only 20 km far. In Padua there is one of the most prestigious European universities. In this town you can admire several Giotto’s and Mantegna’s works as Scrovegni Chappel and Basilica of Saint Antony. Near Padua there is Abano Terme where you can relax yourself thanks to massages, and beauty treatments offered by several spa.

And then Vicenza that is only 25 km far. This town is famous for the goldsmith sector and for Andrea Palladio a Renaissance’s architect. Indeed Vicenza hosts three important goldsmith-sector fairs and several buildings built by Andrea Palladio as Teatro Olimpico (Olympic Theatre) and Basilica Palladiana. Andrea Palladio has also built more than eight-hundred villas all over the region. Some examples of Pallado’s style are: La Rotonda and Villa Valmarana ai Nani painted a fresco by Tiepolo situated in Vicenza. In Pojana Maggiore you can find Villa Pojana, in Agugliaro there is Villa Saraceno, in Lonigo is situated Villa Pisani Bonetti and in Maser you can enjoy the Villa Barbaro painted a fresco by Paolo Veronese.

From an historical and artistic point of view, in Veneto there are also other interesting little towns. Some examples can be represented by Bassano del Grappa, Marostica, Monselice, Este, Castelfranco Veneto, Conegliano, Treviso and Soave.

If you love being in contact with nature, you can choose among several naturalistic routes. You will meet charming and fascinating locations such as Covoli di San Donato from which you can enjoy a nice view, Fontana dei Curii a striking fountain and Grotta di San Bernardino a near rocky cave.

If you prefer more dynamic and sporting holidays, you can cycle or do horse riding and you can take a horse by the near riding ground.

If you want to feel special sensations, you can climb on the Falaise of Lumignano that is only 15 km far.
