First courses made of home-made pasta with seasonal sauces: green “fettuccine” noodles with nettles; “fettuccine” with duck ragout; “tagliatelle” noodles with chicken liver; vegetable pies; omelettes with seasonal vegetables; rice with herbs; rice with white meat and apples; potatoes “gnocchi”, “raviolo” pasta with pumpkins.

Among our second courses you will find boned meat such as rabbit, chicken and duck; roast meat  stuffed with seasonal sauces; guinea-fowl; rabbit with rosemary.

Furthermore, our garden offers you daily-picked vegetables: “marina” pumpkins; “Bianchetto dei Colli Berici” peas; braised cabbages; preserved shallots; “fiolaro” broccoli; pepper pickles; backed potatoes; salads; etc..

With every dish you will find also delicious home-made bread in various flavours, such as sesame and fennel.

And at last, our tasteful home-made cakes, garnished with our jams, marmalades and fruits: almond cakes; hazel-nut biscuits; strawberry tarts; apple pies; “Rose pie”; “Rufioi della nonna”; ...
