Among our second courses you will find boned meat such as rabbit, chicken and duck; roast meat stuffed with seasonal sauces; guinea-fowl; rabbit with rosemary.
Furthermore, our garden offers you daily-picked vegetables: “marina” pumpkins; “Bianchetto dei Colli Berici” peas; braised cabbages; preserved shallots; “fiolaro” broccoli; pepper pickles; backed potatoes; salads; etc..
With every dish you will find also delicious home-made bread in various flavours, such as sesame and fennel.
And at last, our tasteful home-made cakes, garnished with our jams, marmalades and fruits: almond cakes; hazel-nut biscuits; strawberry tarts; apple pies; “Rose pie”; “Rufioi della nonna”; ...
